Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Innerwear, customized items, or discounted sale products are not eligible for return.
Return Process
Contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or share the return address.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality check.
